The AmAv Group is a professional consortium with offices in Israel since 1979, incorporated in 1993, with an interdisciplinary professional staff that has provided transportation planning, engineering, environmental and urban design services in the Middle East and across several continents. The firm's experienced staff is directed by four partners with complementary qualifications.
The AmAv Group provides a wide range of roadway and transit planning and engineering, computer modeling and mapping, environmental and architectural/urban design services for cities, regional associations, transport facility operators, and private developers. Our transportation planning and environmental work is carried out as a collaborative effort of engineers and planners, directed by two partners. The firm's activities have encompassed projects in the private and public sectors throughout the world; our work has achieved international recognition during three decades of growth.
The AmAv Group has extensive experience in planning improvements for major urban transportation corridors, developed as a result of project assignments undertaken in more than 120 communities, and backed up by a highly qualified professional staff of transportation planners and engineers. Areas of work include national and regional highway access feasibility studies, route location and impact studies, transit facility planning, traffic engineering and design, city and regional transportation system planning, design of highway and transit facilities, airport facility planning and design, traffic signal engineering and system centralization, travel demand forecasting and modeling, and architecture and urban design programs in conjunction with such transport facility improvements.
Our transportation and planning projects include comprehensive public involvement programs to insure that community and citizen concerns are addressed from the beginning of the project, a requirement which has helped The AmAv Group to develop a sensitive awareness to community needs and political realities.
